Sex on Six Legs Marlene Zuk (2011) has written a revealing book about behavior in the insect world, entomology studies revealing with humor and accuracy the behavior of a world of insects with brains often the size of a poppy seed.
Incest, democracy, salacious behavior, hot sex scenes are constantly occurring in your own back yard or basements as you read this. This is a fascinating read, on some subjects I thought had no interest except for those who like porno films. All about insects we recognize and often disdain and fear.
And contrary to the title, it is not about a man and a sheep. (Sorry--sometimes I have a sick sense of humor.)
